What is a license?
A license corresponds to the user who manages signing processes. An external signer does not need to be a Salesforce user to participate in the flow.

Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes. sign2.me has a minimum contract of 5 licenses, so your company can start lean and add users as the operation grows.
Is there an envelope or document limit?
No. sign2.me allows unlimited envelope and document creation and sending, with no monthly usage cap.
Does additional authentication have a cost?
Authentication can be set per envelope, with email token as the default method. For operations in Brazil, data validation with Receita Federal is also available as an additional paid feature.
Which Salesforce licenses are required?
sign2.me can be used with different Salesforce license types, as long as the org is on Enterprise Edition or higher, due to the external calls required for the solution to work. The external signer does not need a Salesforce license to receive and sign documents.
